Amazing…a great example of the “Ephemeralization” that Bucky Fuller was talking about back in the 60s-70s…technology is relentlessly doing more with less. I remember when a printer was roughly the size of a college student’s beer fridge.

I think I might have to invest in one of these…thanks for the heads-up.

I’ve used Open Office for a little while now and highly recommend it. If comparing to the MS Office Suite, the only piece you don’t get is an Outlook equivalent, but you can get an open source download of Thunderbird which replaces Outlook as well. I even published my last ebook using Writer, the OO version of MS Word. It’s pretty rockin, and you have to love the built in pdf publisher. One click print to pdf. Couldn’t be easier

I’ve been collecting awful real estate photos over the years. These are ACTUAL photos used by local agents, many of them “top producers.”

I’ve seen some crazy horrible photos. I think that some agents either don’t know how to say what they need to in a polite manner to their sellers, they don’t want to make a second appointment just for photos, or they don’t realize the importance of good (no, that should say GREAT) photos. Plus, our MLS has a time frame within which agents need to load photos or get fined. With what, 84% of buyers beginning their search online, the homes need to complete visually.
