Internet marketing is important for your listings. Over 80% of all home searches begin online. What is also very important is data integrity. Advertising a sold/withdrawn/expired listing as ‘for sale’ frustrates the consumer.

Our Internet Marketing program has changed in order to keep with data integrity and keep your costs down.

In the past, my|assistant would need to pull the list of properties we market and determine if it was still active because 99% of the time we are not alerted to status changes. We have been maintaining hundreds of dead listings which has allowed some active listings to fall through the crack.

In order to combat this gap, my|assistant has implemented the following change:
For $9 my|assistant will post your listing to 10 real estate classified sites, including Craigslist for 30 days. If, at the end of the 30 days, you would like us to renew your ad,  simply let us know and we will renew it at no charge.  If you don’t let us know, we will no longer be researching the status.
