What sets you apart from other agents? Why would someone choose you to sell their home? You know you have the experience. You know you have the knowledge. Sometimes, though, it comes down to things like who suggests a higher listing price. Another supporting angle couldn’t hurt your position as the most knowledgeable, caring, and professional agent, could it?

Here’s the plan:
Pick your farming neighborhood or area. Take tons of photos around the neighborhood and maybe some video with audio commentary. SELL the neighborhood. What makes it special? What makes it unique? What is it like to live there? These things are especially helpful for people who aren’t familiar with the area.
Convert your photos to a virtual tour (there are lots of ways to do this for very little or no cost to you – in fact, I believe you can convert PowerPoint presentations to video).
Upload to YouTube (for SEO benefits).
Embed in your website.
Create a custom Google map with pins in each neighborhood you have videos for and link them to your site.
